1. “Most of respondents in this research suffered various types of racist harassment and violence for a long period of time”.

2. “The racial incidents threatened psychological and physical well-being of the victims and damaged their relationship with white people”.

3. “Almost most of the racial victims were dissatisfied with police services as the police even fail to investigate the reported cases. As a result, the majority of them did not have confidence in the police in the UK. Some of them no longer formally reported racist incidents as they recognize that the police are not willing to actively follow up the racial cases”.
